We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your order, we will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund your money within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will pay for the return shipping on orders of $100 or more, by providing you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label. If your order total is less than $100, we can still send you a pe-paid return label. We will just deduct $7.95 from your refund amount.
To return/exchange an item by using our pre-paid label, follow the steps below:
If you choose to use your own shipping method for returns or exchanges, please enclose a copy of your receipt with the back portion filled out. Indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange, as well as any replacement items that you need. Be sure to include a telephone number where we can contact you. Send the parcel to:
