How do I return an item?
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your products, we will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund your money within 30 days from the date of purchase. To return/exchange an item, follow the steps below:
1. Call 1-866-459-4440 or send an e-mail to us. Whether you use e-mail or the telephone, please provide the following information:
- Name and/or Customer Number
- Order Number
- Address
- Telephone number where you can be reached
- E-mail address so we can communicate with you
- Reason for the return
- Would you like a refund or an exchange?

Please use a shipping method for returns or exchanges that has a tracking option. Hycreek can also provide a convenient prepaid return label for a flat-rate of $8.95 that can be mailed or emailed to you. Before returning the package, please enclose a copy of your receipt with the back portion filled out. Indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange, as well as any replacement items that you need. Be sure to include a telephone number where we can contact you.
